In the previous page Fran and I visited the S.S. Great Britain in Bristol Docks. By now it is mid afternoon and we take a ferry to the city.

The interior of the ferry. Fran and the other ferry passengers look over the side at the scenery going past whilst at the back a crew member cradles a cup of coffee and looks disinterestedly at the familiar buildings.
We spent quite an amount of our time in Bristol in the Tourist Information Centre, sorting out some accomodation for the coming night.
We got a room in Cirencester which was fine as we planned to head into the Cotswolds.

Below: instead of taking the ferry back down to the car we decided to walk back along the docks.

This little fellow was totally unconcerned that his or her home was moving steadily up and down.
